Our deliveries are made through An Post.

1. Our current delivery fee is €5

2. We currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland only.

Please note that while we do our best to post your order as quickly as possible, your delivery may take longer during sales or other busy periods. Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example, extreme weather, a flood or fire, or Government or Local authority restrictions at the point of dispatch or point of delivery.

Ralph O’Connell’s shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

We reserve the right to dispatch multiple orders separately.

Returns policy

1. Returns can be made in-store and in person, or by posting the items to us at 51 Main St, Arklow, Co.Wicklow.

2. Return items will only be accepted if they are in the same great condition in which they left our stores.

3. We accept returns within and up to 14 days after you purchased the item.

4. Returns will only be accepted with proof of purchase from Ralph O’Connell’s
